wake up from a full 8 hours of sleep, 2 hours later super exhausted from doing nothing π¦π any one else to threw this everyday? how do you function threwout the day? cause I got school and crap to do!
aww, I'm sorry you're having a tough time, some people do lose weight and it probably does contribute to your fatigue with everything else you got going on. just remember to listen to your body and take it seriously when you feel you need to resr, rest! even if you have to take a day off from school here and there, cause if you push too hard you will risk being put on bed rest and you won't be able to do literally anything. I hope your Dr can suggest something to help you feel better! and make sure you're drinking a ton (64+oz) of water each day, dehydration makes you exhaustedddddd.
@abigailmb02, I barely function during the day, convincing myself to get up is exhausting even. I cleaned our house quite a bit a few weeks ago and now I'm just constantly tired. I could sleep sitting up lol.
thankyou, I haven't gained any weight. I actually lost 15 lbs so I'm thinking I'm so tired cause I'm losing so much weight and don't have that energy. I go to school part time I'm hoping it won't affect my schooling cause I want to get this done before he arrives. @marienoelle
Hate to say it girl but at just 18 weeks it's gonna get wayyyyy harder - not trying to scare you just giving you a heads up I was exhausted around 20 weeks, then got a little better, and now 33 weeks and 40 lbs past my prepregnancy weight just going pee or driving makes me out of breath haha. just pace yourself, take it easy, walking is very good for you but don't over do it. you'll probably want to start scaling back a bit from classes if you're having problems later, just talk to your teachers about working from home. good luck!!
