someone help me understand why there is only 28 pills in this when there's 31 days in a month
If that's the mini pill then you need to take ALL the pills. I made that mistake when I was on it thinking it had a placebo week. That is at least what my doctor told me when I was taking it.
Okay sweet. thank you so much!! that's what I thought. @mojojojo
No. All of the outside ones are the same dosage and all of the inside ones are the same :) just go around the full outside circle before starting the middle.
Okay. is it bad I didn't start at the arrow? I was half asleep this morning @mojojojo
@savannamarie, that's the idea of it basically, but it may take you MONTHS to match up and be perfectly in sync with it if you ever are at all. You just keep taking it day after day until it regulates better. Some people don't have a period the whole seven days, some more. But just keep with the schedule it will line up :)
Yes you do all the outside ones then the inside ones, pills every day don't skip any days. The week long one in the middle are the placebos. It's 28 day cycles over and over so it doesn't always fall on the same days :)
so is the sugar pills the middle bc I can move where the arrow is which I did so that's why I'm guessing the middle ones are sugar pills. hmm.. okay @mommagotbump16
They are @savannamarie . You start where the arrow is and follow around the circle. You would be taking the sugar pills while on your period because that's when you don't need the hormones.
not sure if they are... usually they're white or like a very pale yellow..
is the ones in the middle the sugar pills? @mommagotbump16 @hhmariah
so I don't take any pills when I'm on my period then or do I go to my next month?
Because typical menstrual cycles are 28 days, not a month. The pills regulate your cycle into the 28 days if that's not already your normal. @hhmariah they are. It's 3 weeks of hormones, 1 week of placebos (or sugar pills)
Theres usually sugar pills for the end of the month..... Thats odd.
okayyy
