So, I 100% understand that "back is best", but who else has a little one who's like "nah, my side is just fine." My son did it as well. His pediatrician just explained it's probably how he was in the womb so it's how they are comfortable.
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

my daughter will roll onto her side, we would have to put a blanket behind her back to keep her that way or she would get mad (seriously start screaming, once the blanket was there she was fine), my son as soon as he was able to roll over started sleeping in his tummy, legs tucked under and butt in the air, he always turned his head to one side or the other so the Dr said I didn't have to go turn him constantly

lol I don't know, but Emory is definitely a little diva lol she has to have her blanket a certain way or she will kick it off and scream lol I'm like "really miss priss"

My son is a NICU baby and they would rotate them every 6 hours from back , stomach to his side. He always preferred his stomach. Now he will sleep on his back but not for long. It's like a nap. Ugh!

My daughter has always liked sleeping on her side. That's the only way she will sleep and she has to have blankets or she isn't sleeping.

When my daughter was first born she spit up a lot so the nurses laid her on her side and told me it was fine and now that she is over a year old she sleeps in any position
