when your milk comes in does your whole boob become rock hard or just sore??? cause mine have gotten bigger and hurt to the touch but they arnt rock hard. this is my second baby but I didn't have this happen with my first.

Do any of you ladies use melatonin to help your toddlers sleep? My boys always have a hard time going to sleep and idk what to do anymore 😩

Iv noticed mine are bigger and there starting to hurt to the touch.
