when your milk comes in does your whole boob become rock hard or just sore??? cause mine have gotten bigger and hurt to the touch but they arnt rock hard. this is my second baby but I didn't have this happen with my first.

Both happened with mine :/ I couldn't even lay on my side without it hurting.
so with mine not being rock hard does it mean my milk hasn't come in all the way
