How often did yalls Doctor check you? I was checked at 35 weeks when I had my Group B test done but not at 36 or 37...... I understand not doing it every week because of infection but I was having measurable contractions last night and my doctor still didn't check me..... I'm ready for my babygirl to be here already!

Try walking and bouncing on an exercise ball... I did both of those from the time I was 37 weeks to when I went into labor.. I hate to say it but the baby will come when it's ready (I hated it when people said that to me cause I was two weeks overdue) but it's true! Your water might not even break either😁

My mom keeps telling me she thinks I'm going to be at least 1-2 weeks earlier than my due date but now that's like set in my mind and I get so down and upset that I get through another day and my water still hasn't broken! Ugh! @lilaa_dunne16

They don't check every time for risk of infection to the cervix.

You probably won't be until you are 40 if you go that far! I was checked at 36,37 and then not again until 40... Then I went to the hospital because I thought I was in labor at 41+1 and they checked me... Then again when I was in real labor at 41+5
Ladies who are 36 weeks and further... Does your doctor check your cervix each week? Mine said he's not checking mine until my due date which I think is crazy
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. When did you ladies start getting checked to see if your dilating? I am 36 weeks 4 days and not once have any of my doctors checked to see if I am or not.. Only been checked to see if my son is head down, and he is.. Last week I went and the doctor said that she didn't wanna check to see if I was dilating cause she didn't wanna "mess with my cervix" 😕 or "get things started" those were her words... FTM
Hey ladies I have a question my baby is breeched since 20 weeks im 34 weeks now but 2 weeks ago my doctor checked if she was still breeched which she was how do I know if moved head down or if she is how will I know I have my appointment again with doctor on Wednesday so I’m just curious
Is it just my docs? Idk why, but every time I go to the doctor they just check my blood pressure, weight, urine, baby's heartbeat, and send me on my way!

I walked still my sides were cramping and couldn't stand it anymore earlier! I'm going to stop bouncing instead of sitting down!
