I did the same thing a few months ago, signed, explained I'm breastfeeding and sent it in...haven't heard from them so assuming it was handled? God I hope so lol

I have to call them. there's no option to just check anything. and here, if you don't show, its a warrent

@mrsmoore, yea I was like umm no thanks! I called and asked if I could be excused over the phone but she said since I am breastfeeding I need to sign the paper, mail and date

if we don't show up is about 200 we have to pay

oh that's cool last time I was a student so I know next time they will try and have me come again if I'm still breastfeeding I'll look for that section

@mrsmoore, there is a section where you check that you are breastfeeding mom, date and sign😊

I know I got mine about 2 weeks ago and was like oh nooooo!! Where I live they are fining people $1000 for not attending or warrants😫 @arijane316

what do you do just tell them you breastfeeding ?

I have to call them and tell them the same thing 😂 i got a summons like 4 days ago lol
