Let's just say 8 ounce glasses of water per day = out to 64 fluid ounces plus 1 eight ounce cup for each hour of activity!! Point is LETS GET WATER IN OUR SYSTEMS!!!

I was told by a doctor drinking a gallon Iif water today is not healthy unless I am doing a highly physical activity like rock climbing.

it's half your body weight... that's how many ounces you should drink. the average is 2-3 liters.
