Burp her every ounce to 2 ounce during feeding time & hold her up right faced outwards to burp her with no pressure on her tummy.

@barbara1201, her poop is yellow and watery. But I was told that it's because of breast milk.

Try gripe water or maybe she's allergic to her formula what color is her poop?
