Ok, somethings wrong. My nipples sometimes burn, shooting go pains go thru my boobs at times, yet I see no cracks. I have no fever either so I don't think it's mastitis. No hot spots or redness at all. I know my little girls latch is not good but were working on it. What could be the problem ?

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
