How to get yourself to Dilate ??, doctor checked me and I haven't dilated any 😞; most uncomfortable feeling ever

I've been a 1 since 36 weeks. My cervix is 50% and soft. I walk 3-4 miles on shift at work. I have tried labor cookies, pumping, drinking raspberry leaf tea since 35 weeks, squats and bouncing on the end on the bed. Nothing has worked for this boy. Now I moved on to primrose oil. Good luck dear!
i wasnt dilated or cervix wasnt soft at 37 weeks also . i didnt even want her to check on my 38th week, so i had sex like 2-3 times, bounced on the birthing ball several times a day, walked .. im 39 weeks now and im hoping and praying something changed.
that's how I was last week but I've dilated a bit since then and yes getting my cervix checked was the most uncomfortable thing in the world
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...

Saturday at 1AM, lost my mucus plug/bloody show, and I was freaking out! A couple of hours later I had cramping, but felt like BH just a little stronger. They came and went, but felt stronger with each hour. Didn't sleep that whole night! I called the midwife at my hospital and told her I lost it and was having really bad cramping and she told me I was fine and was prob just having BH contractions.
The next day I was having what I thought were strong BH contractions every 10-...
Got to the hospital at 4 am to start my pitocin, well.. I was put on the drip at 430 am , and was 4cm dilated and 80 percent effaced, an hour later. The nurse came in to check me, hours later, and I was at 6 cm. I got the epidural at 6cm.. But it didn't work for me, no more than 20 minutes later, I couldn't take the pain, I was screaming and crying.. And felt everything.. most terrible pain ever, I called for my nurse to come in and she checked me again, said I was ready to deliver, babys head ...
Losing the baby
My sil is about 4 months along in her pregnancy and she starting bleeding really heavily so my dh took her to the hospital. He said she's dilating but hasn't texted back yet.
Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
