I am getting so frustrated with pumping. My supply has decreased from about 4 oz combined every time I pumped to now at max getting 25ml combined. Extra sessions, power pumping, and herbal supplements have done nothing. My amounts just keep getting lower. My daughter was 12 weeks early and won't get to to try breastfeeding for probably at least another week. My last option is Reglan....anyone want to share their experiences with it?

well I just started my period yesterday.....but my supply dropped almost 2 weeks ago. And my Dr won't prescribe BC until my 6 week pp appointment and I'll be 4 weeks pp tomorrow.
r u on bc or did your period start? that can affect your supply tremendously I've heard.
@31knightsfbmommy, I have been told side effects are kinda insane....I mean lactating is one of the side effects but heard it can cause some really bad depression....which is why Dr's only prescribe it a few weeks at a time. But didn't know how true or how well it works. If I hear anything I'll let you know.
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Breast pump covered by insurance
I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.

Finally, after nearly FORTY-TWO weeks... I decided to get induced. Baby Violet scared me with some decreased fetal movement and I couldn't wait any longer.
I swear it gets bigger everyday, but I'll be 39 weeks Friday ❤
So if my insurance approved my breast pump a month before I deliver and my doctor won't approve it until 6 weeks post partum has any one ever been told this this crap? Now I can't get a breast pump because they won't sign the prescription until I have my baby and wait 6 weeks just for them to fax back a piece of paper said it's not necessary to have one
Having a NICU baby it's hard to keep up your supply. Atleast it was for me. Have you done any natural things to help boost? Do you pump every 3 hours? Drink lots of water?
