So I have a question about working out while pregnant. I'm supposed to be starting the Police Academy in Feb. and I'm due this November. Is it OK to lift weights ( not like body builder type lifting) while pregnant?

They say if you did it before pregnancy you should be ok during pregnancy, but it's not a good thing to start "new" while pregnant. You should definitely ask your doc.

You shouldn't be lifting anything heavy or being active until your sch clears up. I know it's frustrating. trust me I had signed up for all these prego workout classes but because of the sch I had to cancel. please take care of yourself.

yea i would wait during 2nd trimester it is risky now that your still early...

First trimester is always the hardest. You should be really careful and ask your dr because you being so early is really risky :(
