So I have a question about working out while pregnant. I'm supposed to be starting the Police Academy in Feb. and I'm due this November. Is it OK to lift weights ( not like body builder type lifting) while pregnant?
They say if you did it before pregnancy you should be ok during pregnancy, but it's not a good thing to start "new" while pregnant. You should definitely ask your doc.
You shouldn't be lifting anything heavy or being active until your sch clears up. I know it's frustrating. trust me I had signed up for all these prego workout classes but because of the sch I had to cancel. please take care of yourself.
