No don't! Pads only. You need to wait until your 6 weeks pp check up to make sure everything is back to normal and ok.

They tell you not to use them yet because you don't know for sure if your cervix is completely closed yet, if not it can cause very dangerous infection...I wouldn't until you're cleared by the doctor, just to be safe!

I've always heard not until your 6 week checkup when the doctor clears you.
