@maciecakes, thanks for info. Was going to call OB and might still do. Had my son 12/31/15 bled couple days and it's almost 12 weeks and no period. Im exclusively breastfeeding also.

From what I've always been told it can be random for awhile because your body is still trying to go back to normal after being pregnant and full of hormones. But if you're worried your doctor would probably be able to put you at ease.

I'm not, I had to stop at 3 weeks.

If you're breast feeding it may not come back until you stop 😱
