something not all mommy's know! If you're breastfeeding and want to have a fairly successful shot DON'T USE A PACI! When baby is fussy just get them to latch on!!! they'll use you and feeding as a way to self sooth! it makes feeding way easier
Anyone else have to scroll all the way back up to the top of their feed to refresh? I wish when we hit the feed button it'd scroll back for us...

Breastfeeding. I am a HUGE breastfeeding advocate. No, I will NOT shame you if you decide to formula feed, and will not tolerate anyone else doing so on my post. Everyone has their own reasons on why they feed their child the way they see fit.

On behalf of the BB ladies. I would like to say thank you to those who have welcomed us. As well as I'm sorry that we have flooded your feeds (we are still trying to find eachother) and causing the app to crash. Mom life mods have said you can change your settings to follow only your favorites as well as they are working on the surge crash. Us bb ladies are trying to stick in the venting and tmi group so if you are following that group it may be easier to unfollow to filter us out some. Also your mods are trying to work on making us our own group so please be patient as we are finding our way and learning the features of this app. Again thank you to all the sweet ladies who have welcomed us.

Yes! I made that mistake with my first but learned in the breastfeeding class I took this time that you should wait at least a month before introducing a pacifier. Wish I knew then!

my oldest 2 wouldn't latch on very well but both took pacis in the hospital the day they were born. my third never took a paci. she nursed for 4.5 months. this time around I'm not using pacis or bottles this time around!!!

it takes a little bit of practice to get baby to latch. I struggled with my oldest and at 2 weeks she finally latched to where it was comfortable and didn't hurt. but only nursed for a month and a half and I ended up with mastitis

I'm terrified, I tried breastfeeding my last 2 kids but my nipples were black blue and raw as hell! that was just after a few days! I couldn't keep going. But I had nobody show me how because it was a last min decision. This time I am planning on getting some help but I'm still scared I won't be able to handle the pain :( is that normal??

you can breastfeed! I have faith in you @michellevaldez4750 it's honestly all about the latch. contact a latch specialist. if you lived closer I'd be more than happy to help. but since we have this app I'll send you EVERYTHING that helped me with breastfeeding my third. I also failed my first 2 attempts. third time was way better. 4.5 months of success. I would've kept going but she got a sore throat and wouldnt latch anymore... but I'm here to help the best I can
