ok and when I was 36 weeks and a couple days they told me I was one cm dilated could have I dilate more in these two weeks or should I just wait till my appt tommorow to see what the say this is my second pregnancy btw

it depends on your doctors inducing rules.

Most places won't induce unless you're dilated enough and have a good reason. And they don't induce until after the 39th week. It's better just to hold off and wait it out. You don't have much longer.

You can ask but where Im at if its your first they wont induce till past your due date.
