Ok I've got a question for mommy that have/are breastfeeding. Does breastfeeding actually make you tired or feel drained of energy.

Yes and even pumping makes you feel that way. I've asked my doctor and they said that the hormones that goes along with breastfeeding and pumping makes you relax. I am currently a new mom of a newborn that is 5 days old and I am tired once I'm done feeding or pumping.

yes. with my daughter everytime she nursed it took everything in me to not fall asleep. it releases hormones in you and baby that relaxes you. it's normal.

I think the only reason why you feel pooped is if you are nursing exclusively the other half can't feed baby to help you out but I must say it is so worth it! I love that bond...

I have heard that feeling tired after breastfeeding is pretty normal in the beginning!
