so I'm 31wks +1 and since last night I've felt not right completely nauseated and my stomach hurts I don't have a feaver and if I eat or walk it doesn't help what's going on?

just kinda feel off? like you're recovering from the flu or something? that's how I feel today :( also feel dehydrated but I've been drinking water like a fish!
