@emkasting, a first degree tear only 3 stitches but when your doctor or midwive tells you to stop pushing listen to them cause they are trying to keep you from tearing

How bad was it to tear? I'm so scared lol

when I was healing I would fill the tub with a little warm water and sit on a folded towel, it helped a lot.

Just keep rinsing with water, it will heal. :)
