I avoided dairy like the plague, made ms so sick. But I love dairy so I would try just having a little, but nope.

@lexilou_p, seriously ill like go a week without drinking milk than a week later I go ham on milk and I regret it in minutes but I've done this for almost a month hah

Same! I have to avoid diary all together or I get so sick! You don't realize how much food you eat that has milk in it until you have to work on cutting back haha
