It is so hard to heal from a csection when you have no help to do anything. Any who, how are you all doing?

@sarahdrew, yes I just do one thing and rest. I can't stand for too long or my incision area will start hurting. my older kids do help as much as they can when they come home from school.

I'm so sorry you don't have help mama, I would so come help you out if you were closer..... you shouldn't be doing too much, but without help you don't have a choice I know

No. I have a 6 yr old with cp and had to carry him to his wheel chair. I was alone after i left the hospital. A belly band does really help so you dont feel like your falling apart. Nice and tight.

@love2bepreggo, that's good they help.... and you are doing a good job, I was the same way, I would do 1 thing and rest..... that's all you can do mama
