I just hit the 6 week mark and today my nausea is so bad I can't even get out of bed 😣 I was supposed to take my kids to the zoo since it is their spring break and I woke up like this. I feel so crappy! Things always go wrong when I want to do something. Looks like I'll be skipping the out of town trip to go trail riding this weekend too. I don't want to be a burden to anyone while out of town.

Thanks so much girl :) I am. I just had grits for breakfast and drinking a bottle of water and I'll have the crackers shortly after. I feel the same! My first pregnancy I only got sick on my first appt bc I was nervous and I never had any other symptoms besides swelling. My second pregnancy I was nauseous in the am but as long as I took my zofran I was fine throughout the day and good! This one I am sick all of the time and no appetite :( I'm just ready for the first trimester to be over with! @jacquelinemoreno

My first pregnancy was way too easy I only had nausea in the am and it would be settle with the crackers and no other symptoms ever. This pregnancy I'm nauseous all the time and always feeling empty so the crackers help bc I don't want to gain too much weight . I hope you try them they are very drying but I thing they absorb the acids in the stomach that will potentially make you nauseous.

@jacquelinemoreno, thank you! I do have the crackers but like you said, they really do dry out my mouth lol. I only drink water and occasionally apple juice to help with my constipation. I should try to keep them by my bed more though bc that's exactly when my nausea hits is in the morning.

@expectingfirstrainbow thank you so much!! I'm going to give the crackers a try. I usually snack on them throughout the day but they really make my mouth dry. I'm so sorry your sickness is all day :( I would not be able to function. I usually begin feeling better by the afternoon but I always have to take another zofran before bed or as soon as I lay down my dinner wants to come up! blah! I hope this ends soon. I don't remember being this sick with my boys ever!

You should try eating salted crackers, it sounds silly but it really works for me.. I also recommend water with that bc they can be drying to the mouth. I have nausea early in the am when I'm still asleep I keep them by my bed and they calm down the nausea until I get breakfast going
