How many of you actually waited 6 weeks to have sex? My husband is being VERY understanding & hasn't…

I waited my 6 weeks. I had a c section done too and was scared it would hurt but it didn't. The doctor was happy to hear I waited but also I have twins so I'm not chancing it happening it again for few years. I wanted to do it but I knew I needed to be on birth control

I'd say wait just to be safe. and not risk any injury of the stitching. give your body time to heal.

we didn't wait the 6 weeks and had sex at about 2 weeks after I left the hospital . I had a natural birth and it still was very painful and uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend it. I'm now waiting for 6 weeks to pass before we try again.

I waited the full time. I figured the Dr knew better than me, and didn't want to risk it.

We tried after 3 weeks but it hurt like hell. It depends on how you feel. just take it very easy

had a c-section and waited... I'd say it is worth the wait because you cannot see what is going on under the skin. I wouldn't risk never being able to have kids again just for a quick piece of action.

On my fourth all csections never waited but think a dr knows what we should really do (so don't listen to me lol) but 😝

We had sex about 2 weeks after. I had a natura birth no complications or bleeding after I had her. It wasn't painful or uncomfortable but my doc wasn't happy lol what evvvs to each their own

wait. for the sake of your body. there are other ways to play around without actual penetration. just because it's healed on the outside doesn't mean it is on the inside.

We waited five weeks after my daughter but with my son we will wait the 6 weeks because I plan to go back on the Mirena IUD.

Just wait it out😊 and you could easily get pregnant again
