Читать все 5 комментариевmy baby is 3 weeks old I try and keep under her neck as clean and dry as possible , we have been putting baby powder under it because they say that helps keep it dry and soaks up the moisture , but in the past couple days she has begun to develop little red bumps under her neck ... any opinions or thoughts on this ?
