My doctor told me to watch the green tea. It has caffeine in it right?

I drink lipton green tea every now and then as long as you arnt over doing it with the caffeine you are okay I think they say 10 oz a day is okay

As long as its caffeine free and you're not adding a ton of sugar to it. It should be fine
