If I don't eat every 45 minutes or so (small quick) I throw up a lot. I've been eating lean pockets bc I'm too sick and exhausted to cook. Any other good quick small meal ideas for this desperate mommy? Headed to store after toddlers nap time!

a granola bar or crackers! I like to snack on fresh fruit and veggies ALL the time especially carrots and kiwis!

bananas saved me! easy to pack carry and cheap.

Soups were pretty easy for me to eat. Try also eating yogurt to coat the inside of your stomach and drink milk to line your stomach as well :)
