@mypregnancy_journey, I agree, rediculous! I feel like the Dr rushed it! What I'm about to say was so funny to me. They were all sterilized and dr was in front of my baby ready to start his circumcision so he took diaper off. My Son peed Alll over the Dr and assistant 😂😂😂😂 they didn't have the diaper anymore and I couldn't stop laughing! They cleaned up and was ready to start again and my baby started peeing again!😂😂😂😂. They tried to step to the side and no joke my baby was peeing half across the room! Sorry I had to share. Now I'm like, ya that's what you get hahaha!

Same here! They didn't take enough off and didn't put the ring on right so it slipped and cut off circulation. They had to take off after two days. He has just the tip poking out of the skin. The Dr said its because he's chubby and as he grows it will look circumcised! He's turning three this month and is slender , it's still the same😒

It's insane I had my pediatrician and two doctors at the hospital make me almost lose my mind at the thought of him having a huge surgery so young .. As long as you clean and take care of it properly he'll be fine I'm sure! I'm a worry wart thou lmao I I need to be told 100000times he's okay haha @mypregnancy_journey

Omg same thing happened over here... They all tried telling me he had this thing where he would need surgery cause giving him a circumcision was just too complicated. I saw a specialist and he was like what are they saying he just needs a regular circumcision, not some crazy surgery! But I recommend a circumcision because without one it can cause issues later on n infections n stuff ...

I'm honestly hoping that as his penis grows.......it will fill it's self out. I'm not messing with it. I hope he doesn't be mad at me when he grows up.

Yea when we went to the dr. I didn't even notice it. this my first child, let alone my first time taking care of an infant penis. the pediatrician was the one who told me I had to clean it by pulling it back. I asked was it circumsized if i have to do that. she said yes it was circumsized just some Dr's don't take off as much skin as others.......

I spoke to a relative about it they said so long as u teach ur son how to clean himself properly when he grows up its ok. and he will kno how to pull it back before a female give him the business and a female may not even notice the extra skin.

@jadenmom, hopefully he won't have to go through it again. I'm just so on top of it because I don't want that to affect him later on. especially with the stories I've read about second circumcision

to my understanding if the Dr can at limit to negligence it may can be redone at no cost but if it's just that u don't like how it's done u have to pay cuz the insurance won't pay twice.

My pediatrician hasn't said anything about my sons but i worry it doesn't look like a full circumcised penis. He is three months and the skin around the shaft is starting to cover the head.

Same thing. they didn't take off enough skin. and I have to pull back to clean it. it's kind of annoying but I don't feel like going through the hassle of getting them to do it over at no cost.
