lethargic, vomiting, confusion (crawling/walking different)

don't let him sleep for an hour to an hour and a half(I've waited two)

check his pupils with light if one is bigger than the other. also what @b3autifulm3ss said. don't worry(if your little one is fine that is) it happens a lot more than people like to admit.

what @b3autifulm3ss said! if he has any of those symptoms, take him to the ER to checked to make sure it's nothing too serious. Its okay momma, accidents happen, it doesn't make you a bad momma. Just try to keep him active and do little tests like seeing if he can follow your finger or check his pupils with a light to see if they dialate normally or not. He will be just fine!

Yes I suggest keeping him awake for a little bit, just make sure he's still aware, seems to be acting normally like not crying for no reason, weird or different movements, seems to not pay attention like staring off into space instead of looking at your face when you speak to him....if you notice anything off, please contact his doctor or go in, always better to be safe than sorry! And don't feel like a horrible mom, it happens to the best of us! My girl didn't fall of the couch, but I hit her head on accident a couple months ago cuz she flailed as I was setting her down on her changing table...she smacked the back of her head and cried so sad at me I felt horrible.....but it doesn't make you a bad mom. Now you will be EXTRA careful! Keep us updated so we know he's okay 😍

everyone, my son is fine! he was a little groggy after it happened, I think he was more in shock that it happened than anything. I watched and looked for everything you guys said! y'all are the best :) I kept him awake for a couple hours before going night night, he hated that partially because he was sleepy. thank you all so much 💙💙 @b3autifulm3ss @ivansmommy15 @hhmariah @hellosweetie
