Well the appointment went well today! Two centimeters dilated, 50% thinned out, and he had also mentioned something about being -1 to -2 which I am not sure exactly what that means. Oh and he said I'll be experiencing harsh back labor which I have already been feeling it heavily! But I went threw the same with my first daughter so it's nothing new to me! Any help on what -1 to -2 mean preggie mommys?
