Got into a car accident around 4pm-4:30pm yesterday got badly bruised but walked away with just bruises no broken bones sad part is that my two year old son was in the car with me and he suffered a concussion and swollen eye and forehead I am at fault because I fell asleep at the wheel after working a 7hr shift while running on only an hour an half of sleep my car is front end totalled other car just bumper and small amount of trunk damage

The past week or so my down stairs has been extremely sore. Like when I move a certain way or try to get out of bed or off the couch, it just feels sore and swollen. (It's not swollen though) Feels like a big bruise. Anyone else experience this or know what it is ?
