sometimes contractions happen in the back. I had back labor and never felt them in my belly @angelamarie good luck momma!

If you notice more leakage or start having contractions I would go in. They'll admit you right away if your water has broke.

if you keep feeling wet, or lay down and get up and feel more leaking I'd go in.

Your water could have broke. Mine made a loud popping noise when it broke, along with a gush of water.
