So I'm up @ 4:11 am haven't really gotten any sleep at all...!!!!! Every time I doze off good.... Feels like I'm contracting...😔😔 went to d dr yesterday & they checked me but I haven't dilated any & my cervix is still up high.... But every time jr ball up it feels like he coming & it hurts so bad but I know if I go back they going to send me home again..... So I'm sitting in the tub now w/ str8 hot water..... I need some help anybody!!!!

@mommiebear111416, it's gonna be ok mama I know it will. Hot water especially if it's steaming hot is bad and dangerous but have you thought of full prenatal massage and aromatherapy?

I know the feeling. I'm 39weeks, 5days and I'm not dilated nor effaced, making no progress or effort to go into labor, I'll have to be induced :(
