the blood result have a 1% chance of being wrong mine was right said I was having a boy and that's what I had they will recheck at your anatomy scan between 18-21 weeks but it's more than likely correct give yourself some time to come to terms with it being a boy you'll come around doesn't make.you a bad person for being dissapointed

it will probably take me a few days /weeks lol i wanted a girl with my first and had a boy and i am so very in love with him ! i am happy itt was a boy . had a mc with my second never found out but had a feeling it was a girl . and now i guess i wanted the pair so that i coould stop lol but now i want the girl ! i want 6 so thats fine lol

My doctor said it's absolutely impossible to be wrong if there is only one child bc little girls don't have a Y chromosome. Unless your body produced testosterone naturally that's what blood test shows. Girls produce estrogen boys testosterone no way to get the 2 mixed up. I'm sorry. The good news @annanichole is now u gotta try again and a big family is a happy blessing and she will have 2 brothers to protect her when she does finally arrive. I'm so girly girl and said I wanted either but of course I want a girl and I'm so happy now it's a boy. I just got my blood test too at 13 weeks. It just took 2 days for it to sink in and I was so so excited.

i guess im just in disbelief even with our first our whole family is girls including his he was the onyl boy and we had a boy i thought he would be myonly boy and this time around im shocked its another boy
