13 weeks pregnant today and I'm laying down and kinda have a tingling feeling in my stomach kinda like butterflies could it be the baby? I heard it feels like butterflies in your stomach or is it to early and I'm just over thinking because I'm excited?

I felt both my children around 12 weeks and that's exactly how it felt the first time. my doctor said oh well it could just be gas and I looked at her and said I know gas. this is not gas lol.
I felt it earlier than that. Everyone's different. I'm pregnant with my 3rd child, and I'm a smaller built chick... All those things factor in... The pregnancy apps, while some information is useful, a lot of it is bullshit! A lot that they're telling you about how the baby's forming/developing, and what they look like, they actually go through a lot sooner. I read about a woman who miscarried at 13 weeks and took pictures of her fetus... It was bigger than the apps claim they're supposed to be, looked completely human! No "tail". No "huge head"... It was just a completely formed, tiny baby... She posted it to spread awareness. So, don't believe everything those apps tell you!
I felt baby at 13 weeks. So if you think it could be baby don't let people tell you otherwise! It's an amazing feeling

exactly what @mrsdoyle said! every one is different..I'm 14 weeks and I feel like waves in my stomach and started feeling flutters around 13 weeks!
I started feeling flutters in my stomach at 13 weeks, it was the baby. everyone is different so you could be feeling baby :)
I am having those same feelings right now and this is my second, but this is not gas lol
its very possible. i felt my daughter when i was 14 weeks but this time not until 19 weeks because i have a anterior placenta this time.
