The implanon in your arm is amazing! ! Had it for almost 4 years and never got pregnant. Soon as i took it out though i was pregnant a month later lol

I had the mirena for 4 years. And I loved it. Went in very easy. Was no more uncomfortable then being checked for dilation really. And it came out very easy as well. Took like 5 seconds. Never had my period the 4 years I was on it either.

I had mirena for 4 years and never had a problem. Loved it and plan on getting it again after baby is born. Easy procedure and removal. It was also nice to not have my period with it.

I didn't. Every one is different. I would like spot for 2 days every 3 months. But never got an actual period.

I think other people may have different experiences but I was lucky and didn't have one (or spot) the whole time and when I got it removed my period resumed as normal/regular. My gynecologist said not having one was normal too. I can't say for sure that everyone doesn't get one any longer but from personal experience I didn't. Maybe Google other people's experiences and see if most people report not getting one?

I personally hated the mirena, it hurt a lot getting it put in, and it hurt for a while after. and I bled way more than normal, for months straight i had heavy bleeding and my doctor refused to take it out saying it was normal and would go away eventually. I changed doctors and when I got it taken out she said it was in the wrong place and that's why I was bleeding so much. it's different for everyone just make sure your doctor knows what they are doing.

make sure he knows what he's doing. if you're not good with hormones then consider the Paragard bc it doesn't have hormones. I'm too freaked out by seeing te IUD migration photos of it getting stuck in the wall and shit @xbbycolletto

that's what had me so freaked out. the video showed all of that and I was like oh shit no. we were in Walmart and I was like "OH MY GOD NO MY VAGINA! " I had so many people look at me weird @gypsy.soul2
