Are you over 12 weeks yet. If so your midwife should have given you a form to verify your pregnancy. You then send it off and get a card. It's great as you get free prescriptions for two years @leighamy123 xx

If you are pregnant and have maternity card you can get gaviscon on the minor ailments scheme. Just go to chemist with your card and it's free. Gaviscon has been a life saver for me.

Gaviscon advanced (not the normal one its too runny) I swear by it Hun its def worth a try xx

Try polo's or extra strong mints only thing that has helped me with mine X

ginger tea 30 minutes before you eat anything is supposed to neutralise the stomach acids so you don't get the reflux
