Thought I'd share this ab workout as it has really impressed me. I've started doing it daily and already feel great! Any post baby mamas want to get back into shape and feel that their body's are ready for it, try this out! Good length of time and really works the muscles!

So after the birth of Oscar I developed Puppp rash, which if you have never had it.. It is the most irritating thing ever.. If you have had it... Please I need some advice to soothe the itching. It has spread so fast and is making me feel so insecure xx

Baby Oscar was born 3/03/2016 weighing 8lb 1oz

It was hard work but I did it!!!! Got put on the drip for hormones to speed things up because my waters had been leaking for about a week. I was only 1.5cmdilated and they said to me that I will have to take the epidural whether it's at the start or the middle because the drip causes the labour to be even more painful quite rapidly compared to a normal labour!! But I just popped out my tens machine and use gas and air to begin with .... As things s...

Ok so I'm having contractions every 7 minutes... This has been going on since at least 3am. Is every contraction meant to feel the same, I mean some are SO painful and then others are like okay, I can manage that.... But they are very consistent in time.

Had an internal exam today to check my waters and I feel a bit traumatised! THAT WAS NOT PLEASANT! Exhausted, but can't sleep!

Got the worst period like cramps, feels like I've had something dodgy to eat. Been for a poop, and nothing has died down. Can't sleep, laying down seems to ache a bit more. Making me feel sick!
