Had a Dr appt today. My blood pressure was high and there was some protein in my urine. my doctor thinks it may be signs of preeclampsia. I'm 39 weeks tomorrow and they want me to come in on Wednesday to see if my blood pressure is still high. do I need to be worried

@snooks., yes that's the best you can do is try to be positive about it (easier said than done I know) stress definitely makes your BP elevate. I'm on bed rest right now with preeclampsia and 30 weeks. I've been managing my stress by laying in bed and sipping on chamomile tea. you and baby will be OK.

No need to worry! you're pretty much full term now. I was induced with my first born at 38 weeks because of my high blood pressure. just do your best to relax and take it easy! you're almost there. good luck! 😊
So worried this is not normal for me at all my blood pressure is high it’s normally low and my heart rate is low and it’s normally high.

‼ QUESTION‼ I have been monitoring my blood pressure but I was wondering what is "too high" for the top number and "too high" for the bottom number also what's a good heart rate average
140/83 is considered high for blood pressure?
Would they induce you if your blood pressure was consistently high (130-140/90-100) but your preeclampsia work up was consistently negative?

The doctors will just induce you if you do. They are doing what's right for the baby so don't stress ☺️
