Happy First Birthday to my miracle baby Elijah Gabriel! At 4:14am a year ago today you were born weighing 8LBS 7OZ and 19in I was in labor for three days and pushed for 45 minutes, you gotten stuck for eleven minutes and stopped breathing. You died and they resuscitated you, you had a seizure and they rushed you to Brighams and Women hospital. I didnt get to hold you until the next day with all those wires and tubes on you. Those nine days in the NICU was the sadest most heartbreaking days of my life. Your birth scared me and I blamed myself for not being able to push even though I couldn't eat or sleep for three days so of course I didn't have energy to finish, but I did it and if it wasn't for that other doctor that pulled you out it would have been too late. Your birth photos still get me sad, but now you're a healthy, goofy, still stubborn, loving, intelligent baby that amazes me daily and I love you more than anyone could/would ever love you. You're my blessing, my strength, my happiness, my lifesaver, my reason to go hard and most of all you're my everything.
