Yesterday I Posted Asking Who's Remembered To Do Their Kegels Yesterday & I Remembered A User Asked What They Were & How 2 Do Them & Well... It's Hard To Explain To Someone How 2 Do Kegels Aha I Mean Its Easy But Are We Doing Them Correctly Is Key! So Today I Found Another Pelvic Floor Exercise & Wanted2 Share With You Guys! So Who's Done Their Pelvic Floor Exercises Today? :)
@hernandezmommy, ohh my I will stop I've never gotten a uti but I'd rather keep it that way
@steppphh, their for strengthening your pelvic floor muscles . not only are they good for labor but it helps with being able to control your bladder when your not pregnant anymore alot of women will just pee on themselves after labor not being able to control it because their pelvic floor muscles is weak and those are just the big reasons for me lol
@theirmommy_2, I use to do it when I peed but then was told it could cause utis so I stopped cause those things HURT aha
