I will be making a Dr. Appointment tomorrow and I have an appointment to see my OB on the 29th.
Ok so my pregnancy has caused me to have major postnasal drip. Which in turn has caused me to have a really bad cough. Which has caused me to pee my pants every time I cough even right after I went to the bathroom... This is the 3rd time now where my coughing fit has caused me to vomit....
Do you ladies have any suggestions or has this happened to anyone else? I am only 18 weeks and I really don't want to deal with this my entire pregnancy 😤😤😤😤😤😤😷😷😷😷😷😷

Sometimes a little benadryl helps me.. A wearing a pad while at work. Its a lose lose battle since there's not much you can do for nasal symptoms. Steam helps, Saline nasal Flushes are good before bed and a little allergy medicine. Maybe spoons of honey as well and hot teas.

I am 18 weeks & just started having incontinence too! My doctor said to use the Kegelmaster. Apparently if you don't strengthen your urinary muscles sooner than later with Kegel exercises, you can have permanent damage that requires surgery that may not even work. A pelvic floor physical therapist was also recommended to me, but the Kegelmaster got tons of great reviews & I'm going to try it.
