Any Elimination Communication fans out there? I'm reading the mind blowing book, The Diaper Free Baby by Harvard PhD author who makes holding baby over the toilet (upon waking and after meals) sound so much easier than long term diapering. Babies are so much smarter than we think!

Greek yogurt has 11g of protein per 5oz portion. Almost what a pregnant woman needs per meal. It is the perfect snack on your way out the door.

4 tablespoons of almond butter packs in all 15g of protein a pregnant needs per meal. It is delicious on 2 apples. I have this every night before bed.

3 ounces of fresh mozzarella provides 15g protein (needed for pregnant women per meal). It tastes amazing drizzled in olive oil on a cracker washed down with some baby carrots.

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese is 15g protein (standard protein per meal recommend for pregnancy). I add it to a salad & brown rice. It is divine! Cheaper and easier than meat & doesn't weigh me down.

Greek yogurt is the most delicious thing ever!! Plus it's got about 13g of protein per serving. Pregnant women can need 75-80g of protein per day, so this snack makes that much easier.

12 weeks! Baby was crawling around a lot during the ultrasound trying to get comfy while the technician prodded.

My 3 sisters are throwing me a baby shower & at first I thought I could just let them handle everything. My inner theatrical director came out and demanded to be heard!
