Is there anything to help sore nipples, other than nipple cream. 😩

mm ommytomia, trust me I had to stop for like a week and trust me it will make ur nipples feel so much better than when u go bck to pumping go medium and fast for a little bit

Warm compress them and then rub them with a few drops of your own breast milk!

@mommytomia, I know ur pumping u should probably lay off of pumping for a bit so they can heal and only let ur baby nurse and when u pump don't put it on the fastest speed that's what cause ur nipples to hurt I learned the hard way

you can try putting a bit of refridgerated Coconut Oil on them. It will soothe the ache, and cute, or even soreness.

honestly i just used those gel pads that you can put in the fridge, they help for a bit but i always wound up just using cold compresses and a nipple shield when feeding til they healed.
