@babynessa, remembering to take my prenantals has been one of the hardest with my pregnancy brain ! so I've had to make a event reminder every day on my phone lol! glad u got your kegals in!

@hermommy, its an exercise to strengthen your pelvic floor . it helps with labor but not only that it helps so you're not just peeing with no control after baby is born! :)

Did anyone tear during birth? If so what was your go to options to heal yourself? As in what did you use for pain an to take care of the tear. An how long did it take for you to get healed? Any information is helpful.

@hermommy, yes ! and no worries on the OJ.
it's recommend if your anemic to drink your iron pill with a glass of OJ so if you don't have that problem you have nothing to worry about :)
