So as of today, even if I stand for 2 minutes my legs turn purple with white spots.... I dont eat anything salty & i constantly elavate my feet. I know swelling and poor circulation is normal but is it okay to be to the point where when you use the bathroom for one minute they start to change colors and get swolen? When I put them up they're fine but I swear the second they hit the floor I go numb :/

Obviously swelling is normal but rapid swelling is not. You should definitely get it checked out :-/

don't be scared that can make it worse if it is high blood pressure.

it could be something like that. can also be a clotting issue or high blood pressure.
