I would just like some of your opinions. I'm 14 weeks pregnant, and the dad has a different girlfriend now. Well this girlfriend has had a lot of drama with me, and a few weeks ago she brought her pregnant friend to my house trying to fight me. I had a bunch of people over that made her leave. After that I quit talking to the dad. Well yesterday, the girl decided to have her friend and cousin post a naked picture of me on facebook that she had gotten off of his phone when he went to jail (we had been in a relationship over a year when I sent him it). While they were body shaming and bullying me on facebook, threatening me as well, the girl said she was going to show up at my house with her two guy friends and shoot me. I did go to the police and open a case for harassment charges to be pressed for the photo being posted.. Today she sent a picture of herself with a gun to her head mocking suicide in a group chat. She is childish and sickening.. As a result of all of this I told the father that as long as he has any sort of relationship with her that he will NOT have a relationship with our child. Do you guys agree that this is in my rights to do so? She has literally threatened the existence of our child and he does not care. I am not comfortable around him anymore, and I definitely do not want my child around that type of behavior. I feel so disrespected and sick to my stomach over it all.

You need to save all that she is doing and report it all the the police! Everything. Even the picture with her with a gun. That is very serious. @luvinit95

And the fact that she posted that naked picture of you, you can actually get visitation rights taken away from the dad for that. My attorney told me that. Because I was worried of my baby's dad doing the same.. And he said well it gets posted anywhere.. He will automatically get his visitation rights taken away. @luvinit95

@luvinit95, I would have done the same thing. You are your unborn child mother and it is you who needs to protect the baby and yourself. Sounds like she is crazy and needs locked up. Good job!

stay away and keep the baby away don't even play with any of that I would save everything and show it to the cops and put a protective order against her and or try to put her in jail if you can just change your number block her and all that stuff just stay away

Wow I didn't know that Candace! thank you guys. Yes I'm documenting everything and taking it to the cops. I'm considering getting a license to carry a gun just to protect myself, literally like 6 different people were saying they were gonna attack me regardless of being pregnant. I don't feel safe anymore. And I have a 2 year old as well.

wyf is wrong with that woman. ?? is she that jealous over what y'all had. I'd definitely leave him alone including him not seeing the little one until he got rid of her. get rid of Facebook girl. it ain't nothing but drama foreal. I haven't had one in over a year and my life is a whole lot better without the drama..

I agree with @candacelouise. keep a record of all of the things she has said/done. even if you have to screen shot it and email it to yourself. that way if he ever makes a big stink about it you can say that you have proof of her threatening the baby or you and that you don't want her around.. if he refuses to respect your wishes you can take the info as far as making it a court ordered thing that she isn't allowed around you or the baby.

It's easy to say until the baby is born and you cannot legally keep the baby away. Go to court and get full custody. God knows he won't even show up for the court date which will just look better for you.

I would say yes, you could. And I agree with the other ladies: document, document, document - the more you have the easier it will be to get.

You're doing the right thing. Who knows what she could do! People like that are loose canons. Definitely send everything to the police so they can keep it all in the case file. You can probably get a protective order, if not a restraining order.

I'm crazy too, but I'm on mode mellow since I'm pregnant lol. I can't take the drama. I do not want to associate with him at all if that's the type of people he's going to date, and not even care that she threatened his unborn baby as well. She really does need a butt whooping. Karma will get her eventually :/
