There's nipple pads that keep the milk from leaking on your bra/shirt heard really good reviews on them.

I had washable a they didn't seem to soak up the milk so I stayed with disposables but I've been leaking for awhile now it sucks and I'm 36 weeks

they have pad things now that actually collects your leaking milk !! but I started leaking in my pregnancy around 25 weeks with my first I'm 20 weeks with my second and have been leaking since 15 :'( I think having my babies close in age has something to do with it lol
