Ladies what did you do at home for your post partum cramping? These cramps are killing me

My baby girl was born today 6lbs 14 oz she's perfect

So had my 39 week appointment yesterday and I dilated to a 2 in 4 days on Monday I was 1cm and Friday I sit at 2cm. And she stripped my membranes again then had me sit on a monitor because my blood pressure was a little high but it was because I hadn't eaten all day.

I'll be 39 weeks Saturday

I need something to start contractions. I haven't had a single one since she stripped my membranes yesterday morning. When I was pregnant with my son I had regular contractions for 2 weeks and back labor and had him at 38 weeks 2 days I'm now 38 weeks 4 days and not one contraction or anything other than a few Braxton hicks every other day or so

Well I am 1cm dilated and the midwife stripped my membranes hopefully it starts something

Anyone else can't shave their hoo-ha? I asked my hubby when I was pregnant with my son if he would help me shave and he said he would well I ended up not needing help now that I'm pregnant with our daughter I can't see it and asked him today to help me shave and he said he didn't want to cut me really so I had to feel everything and just hope I got it all

Ok ladies I'm 38 weeks 2 days what did you guys do that started your contractions? Everything I tried with my son I've tried so far with nothing happening so far I have an upset stomach nausea and diarrhea I know tmi but I heard that's how some women go into labor did that happen with you?
