I would love to be on a support group !! What the name under ? I've been trying to drink lots of water , a friend me these chocolate chip cookies that is suppose to help with supply and it's just got worse . @lala86

you can try different foods to help boost your supply: oatmeal, chocolate malt ovaltine and drinking lots of water (if you have facebook there are pumping groups on there that give lots of suggestions of what to do, I exclusively pump since my son never latched)
