Soooo my wife is beyond furious that after my d&c i wasn't given any pain meds or antibiotics prescription to go home…

You and me both trust me I thought they were crazy for not giving me any I was in such pain until my husband called and demanded they give me something so I could sleep , I'm right there with you @ahjahlove92

@countrymama166, i just dont understand our medical system anymore what happened to drs who actually care instead of experimental ones an those that think of us as paychecks i see why my grand delivered at home well that an indians believe the earth is our medicine lol i knew i should of went to live on a reservation

I've had a d&c and they didn't give me any pain meds they made me heal on my own and it's painful so you think they would so you can sleep

as long as you're finding a way to cope, that's all that matters❤

maybe, but people with diabetes give birth too and don't usually get antibiotics and their cevixes are just as open.... of course, you know your body better than anyone, so if you feel something isn't right, then follow your instincts girl (:

they are the good stuff lol!!! most doctors don't prescribe antibiotics unless they think an infection is really likely or there already is an infection

I got sent home with percocets and ibprofen after my d&c

that would be so awesome though!! I'd be so down to live there... I guess since after a vaginal birth they don't prescribe anything, they probably figure you can get through a D&C... to be honest, I would have been pretty cool with some vicodin or something, even though I wasn't physically hurting too much lol😂😂

Oh goodness that's scary i was told buy some Advil but i can't take it i swear our hospitals are becoming useless i feel like i should move to one of those remote islands with natives they are always happy an naked

you should be fine. when I went through a miscarriage, I was in such denial about it that I let myself hardcore bleed for a few weeks before one day my SO forced me to go to the hospital when I almost passed out. lost half the blood in my body, the fetus was beginning decomposition and was stuck in my cervix. they pulled it out and sent me home. just told me to go eat some red meat and take iron... a year later I got pregnant with my now 5 month old daughter. our bodies are strong.

@caydensmommy, i wasn't sent home with anything i was wondering if that was normal i mean i know my cervical entrace is open an all but they said if anything goes wrong come back but i really dont want to play the wait an see game with my reproductive organs
